We are looking for experienced nursing professionals to join a dynamic BSN program as full-time faculty, offering potential leadership growth opportunities. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about education and shaping the next generation of nurses.Compensation:$110,000 – $115,000 annuallyWhat You’ll Do:Teach lecture, lab, and clinical courses (up to 12 credits/semester)Support curriculum development and student outcomesProvide academic advising and student supportParticipate in faculty committees and program initiativesSchedule & Location:Full-time, in-person (campus + clinical sites)4 days per week on-siteDay, evening, or weekend schedule optionsRequirements:Master’s degree in Nursing (required)7+ years clinical experience3+ years teaching experience (lecture preferred)
