Clinical Nurse Manager – Oncology & Hematology$90 - 150k plus $15,000 sign on bonus.About the RoleAre you an experienced oncology nursing leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Clinical Manager to plan, direct, and evaluate clinical care and operations within our oncology practice. In this role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary clinical team — including nurses, medical assistants, lab staff, and pharmacy technicians — while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.If you're passionate about oncology nursing, thrive in a leadership role, and want to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoOversee and direct the daily activities of the clinical team, including nurses, medical assistants, lab staff, and pharmacy techniciansAssess, monitor, and educate clinical staff on patient care best practicesAct as a provider liaison, partnering with the Office Manager to ensure patient safety, continuity of care, and smooth office workflowCommunicate with outside entities to support quality and continuity of patient careMaintain working knowledge of clinical trials and ECOG protocols; coordinate with the Research Coordinator on relevant patient informationOversee special procedures and chemotherapy treatments within the officeTrain and develop team members to deliver quality care to oncology and hematology patientsManage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during high patient volume or time offInstitute emergency procedures as necessary and ensure compliance with all Job Breakdown Instructions (JBIs) and regulationsCommunicate clinical policy, procedure, and regulatory updates to the teamStay current on oncology therapies, procedures, and industry updates, sharing knowledge with clinical staffFoster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environmentPerform other duties and projects as assignedEducation, Skills and Experience Required:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in NursingRegistered Nurse (RN) licenseOncology Nurse Certification (OCN)Current CPR certification5+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting (clinic or hospital)3+ years of management experience preferredEmployee benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceGenerous paid time off plus six paid holidays and two floating holidaysLife and Long Term Disability insuranceEmployee Assistance programs4401(k)Why Join UsThis is an opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team, shape the patient care experience, and grow your career in a specialty that truly matters.
