• Follow and effectively deliver the established academic curriculum and training modules. * Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.* Record structured, topic-wise lectures for nursing candidates.* Deliver clear and exam-oriented training, including bilingual Malayalam-English content where required.
• Support the development of CPD/CME training programs.
• Marketing & Brand Development through Recorded Educational Content* Participate in educational videos, podcasts, webinars, and clinical awareness sessions.* Support nursing education initiatives and faculty-led content.* Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.
• Record structured modules topic-wise.
