Founded by experienced medical educators, we combine cutting-edge technology with proven teaching methodologies to deliver exceptional results.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Tagalog speaking Nursing Faculty to develop and deliver high-quality preparation programs for nurses seeking GCC nursing licensure, including DHA (Dubai), DOH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi), MOH UAE, Saudi Prometric, Qatar Prometric, and Oman Prometric examinations.The ideal candidate should have relevant nursing teaching/training experience, strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex nursing concepts clearly in Tagalog.Key Responsibilities
- Follow and effectively deliver the established academic curriculum and training modules.
- Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.
- Record structured, topic-wise lectures for nursing candidates.
- Deliver clear and exam-oriented training, including bilingual Tagalog -English content where required.
- Support the development of CPD/CME training programs.
- Marketing & Brand Development through Recorded Educational Content
- Participate in educational videos, podcasts, webinars, and clinical awareness sessions.
- Support nursing education initiatives and faculty-led content.
- Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.
- Record structured modules topic-wise.Key Requirements
- Relevant clinical and/or teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing concepts and GCC nursing licensure examinations
- Fluent Tagalog communication skills and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and confident in delivering online lectures and educational content on camera.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing registration/license
- Ability to develop academic content and training materials.
