The tutor will deliver classroom lectures, practical demonstrations, and clinical instruction aligned with the nursing curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, guiding learners during clinical postings, and assessing academic performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. The role involves providing individualized tutoring support, mentoring learners on professional behavior and patient care standards, and maintaining accurate academic and attendance records. The tutor will collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure regulatory compliance, participate in academic meetings, and support continuous improvement of teaching methods and learning outcomes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Nursing and Nursing Education, with the ability to connect theory to clinical practice.Demonstrated experience in Tutoring and Lecturing, including lesson planning and learner assessment.Effective Communication skills for teaching, mentoring, and coordinating with faculty and clinical staff.Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution; Master’s in Nursing is an advantage.Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council and familiarity with Indian nursing education standards.Ability to facilitate clinical training in hospital or community settings and ensure safe, ethical patient care by learners.Proficiency in basic computer applications for academic documentation, presentations, and online learning resources.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching, professional integrity, and ongoing development in nursing education.
