Nut Former/Headerman/Hot Header - Fasteners

Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience operating and setting up Nut Forming machines in an aerospace fastener manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of hot forming, heading, and fastener manufacturing processes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation requirements.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsExperience manufacturing aerospace nuts, bolts, screws, rivets, or specialty fasteners.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.Experience working in AS9100-certified manufacturing environments.Ability to train junior operators and assist with process improvements.Share your resumes at edwin.b@aimic.com
