We are now looking for an exceptional nutritionist to join us.About The RoleAs a Nutritionist at LEOR, you will lead nutrition assessment and counselling across our centres, design and monitor personalised nutrition and weight management programmes, and work alongside our dermatologists so that what happens inside the body supports what we deliver on the skin and hair. You will own the nutrition standard at the centre and the client's progress through it.Job Title: Nutritionist Location: Pune (Koregaon Park and Aundh) Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:1. Consultation and AssessmentConsult clients on skin, hair, body composition and weight related concerns.Take a detailed dietary, lifestyle and medical history, and assess anthropometry, body composition and relevant investigations to establish a baseline.Translate findings into a clear nutritional assessment and a set of goals agreed with the client.2. Programme Design and MonitoringDesign personalised, evidence-led nutrition and weight management plans suited to Indian dietary patterns and the client's routine.Support medically supervised weight management programmes in coordination with the treating doctor.Conduct structured follow-ups to track progress, adherence and tolerability, and revise plans as results dictate.3. Clinical CollaborationWork with our dermatologists on concerns with a nutritional component, including acne, hair fall, pigmentation, PCOS, thyroid, insulin resistance and post-procedure recovery.Advise on supplementation and nutraceuticals within scope and in consultation with the treating doctor.Guide the technical and front-office teams on nutrition-linked queries so client communication stays accurate and consistent.4. Safety and QualityAdhere to all clinical safety guidelines, documentation standards and protocols.Act as custodian of nutrition programme quality at the centre level.Recognise clinical red flags and escalate promptly to the treating doctor.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science and Nutrition, or Clinical Nutrition, with a postgraduate qualification (MSc or PG Diploma) in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised and reputed institution.Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical, aesthetic or weight management nutrition.Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred.Required SkillsStrong assessment skills across body composition, metabolic health and dermatology-linked nutrition.Ability to design effective, evidence-led plans that clients can realistically sustain.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel and hold clients accountable across long programmes.Working knowledge of nutrition in PCOS, thyroid disorders, insulin resistance and pharmacologically supported weight loss.Comfort working as part of an integrated team alongside dermatologists and clinical staff.Why LEOR ClinicA premium clinical environment built around quality, where every detail is considered.An integrated team of dermatologists and specialists, so your work sits at the centre of the client's outcome rather than at the edge of it.The autonomy to lead nutrition standards and shape client outcomes.Flexibility, with full-time and part-time arrangements available.How to Apply:Send your CV and professional registration details to the LEOR Clinic team for review at hr@leorclinic.com
