Mathaqat promotes a culture of growth, retention, and positive guest experiences for both customers and employees.Role Description The Nutritionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, supporting Mathaqat’s restaurants and catering operations with expert nutritional guidance. Daily responsibilities include assessing menu items and recipes for nutritional value, recommending healthier options, and ensuring alignment with dietary guidelines and company standards. The Nutritionist will provide nutritional counseling and education to staff and, where appropriate, to guests, focusing on areas such as weight management, balanced diets, and special dietary needs. The role also involves developing nutrition-related materials, collaborating with chefs and operations teams to design nutritionally balanced menus, and contributing to wellness initiatives across Mathaqat’s brands. The Nutritionist is expected to maintain accurate documentation, stay updated on current nutrition research, and support compliance with relevant health and food regulations.Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Dietetics and Nutrition.Ability to deliver effective Nutritional Counseling, including support for Weight Management programs.Competence in Nutrition Education, with experience designing training sessions or educational materials for staff and guests.Relevant degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.Experience working in food service, hospitality, or healthcare settings, preferably within restaurants or catering operations.Proficiency in menu analysis, portion control, and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with culinary and operations teams on-site.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
