At FITT Meals, our dedicated team is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals through convenient, nutritious meal options.As we continue to grow, we are seeking driven, capable people to join our team and contribute to our mission of inspiring healthier lifestyles across the UAE.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a food-passionate, detail-oriented Nutritionist who cares as much about how meals taste as their nutritional accuracy.Reporting to our Head of Culinary, you’ll help develop meals you’re excited about, regularly eat and review our food, and keep recipes, portions, macros and allergens accurate from development through to production.This hands-on role combines creative collaboration with detailed nutritional analysis and reliable administration. Culinary leads menu development; you’ll contribute ideas and work closely with chefs, Quality Control and other teams to turn them into delicious, nutritionally suitable meals.Key ResponsibilitiesBring forward meal ideas you’re passionate about and work with our Head of Culinary and chefs to develop, test and refine them.Regularly eat and taste our meals as customers experience them, reviewing flavour, texture, portion satisfaction and overall enjoyment.Maintain accurate recipes, ingredients, cooking yields, portion sizes, calories, macros and allergens in Nutritics or similar software.Validate new meals, menu suitability and significant recipe or ingredient changes before launch, documenting approvals and escalating unresolved concerns.Check verified supplier information and assess substitutions for their impact on nutrition, allergens, portions and labels.Create and maintain recipe specifications and portioning cards, communicating changes and ensuring production teams use the latest approved versions.Participate in nutrition-related production and QC checks, investigate discrepancies and follow corrective actions through to completion.Keep nutrition information consistent across recipe and production systems, labels, menus, the website and MyFitnessPal, coordinating updates with relevant teams.Maintain accurate records and complete routine administrative tasks on time, improving nutrition processes and flagging risks before they affect customers.Support Customer Service with evidence-based nutrition, macro, ingredient and allergen guidance, escalating medical or personalised advice outside the role’s scope.Required Experience and SkillsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or a relevant related discipline.Experience with nutritional analysis software; Nutritics experience is strongly preferred.Experience working with chefs, kitchens, food production or quality control teams.Practical understanding of recipes, raw and cooked weights, cooking yields, portioning, allergens and nutritional calculations.A genuine passion for food and enthusiasm for creating, eating, tasting and improving meals—not just analysing their macros.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with a reliable approach to routine administration and data accuracy.Confidence communicating across teams, raising concerns constructively and managing changing priorities.An evidence-based approach, initiative and a strong interest in building a career in operational nutrition and meal production.Preferred ExperienceExperience in a similar role within a meal prep, meal plan or food service business.Experience supporting menu development, nutrition validation and recipe or portioning documentation.Confidence using spreadsheets and recipe or production data-management systems.A clinical dietetics background is not required. This role focuses on food, operational nutrition and production accuracy rather than clinical practice.
