Nutritionist/Dietitian/TCM

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions, workshops, health talks and seminars for distributors and members across different regions.
• Serve as the in-house Product & TCM/Nutrition Expert, providing professional product and health-related guidance.
• Handle customer enquiries related to health topics, product usage, benefits, and general wellness.
• Integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) / nutritional knowledge into product education by developing and updating training materials with accurate and compliant messaging.
• Conduct product research and literature reviews, including preparing research summaries, product write-ups, training materials, and market surveys.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on new product launches, ensuring product claims and educational and marketing materials are accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support roadshows, corporate events and health-related activities, including product presentations and educational sessions.Job Requirements
• Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in MLM, e-commerce, health, wellness, or a related industry.
• Willing to travel, including weekends, as required by event schedules.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex health, nutritional, or TCM concepts for the general public.
• Systematic, target-driven, proactive, and well-organised, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Malay, English, and Mandarin. Mandarin literacy is preferred as the role involves Mandarin-related content and communication.What We Offer
