We are building an AI-powered nutrition execution platform that helps families actually eat healthier at home by combining personalised nutrition, trained home cooks and AI.We are looking for a Nutritionist / Nutrition Intelligence Lead to work closely with the founders and help build the nutrition layer of the product from the ground up.What you will doCreate personalised meal plans for families based on nutrition needs, preferences and lifestyleDevelop practical frameworks for balanced everyday Indian mealsBuild food, ingredient, substitution and portioning guidelinesTrain and guide home cooks to execute nutrition plansWork directly with pilot families and learn from their feedbackReview and improve AI-generated meal and nutrition recommendationsHelp translate nutrition expertise into structured rules and frameworks that can eventually power AIWhat we are looking forMaster’s degree in Clinical Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Dietetics preferredStrong fundamentals in human and clinical nutritionHands-on experience with meal planning and nutritional assessmentGood understanding of Indian food, ingredients and regional cuisinesAbility to translate nutrition science into practical everyday mealsStrong communication and willingness to work directly with families and cooksCuriosity about AI and technology is a big plusThis is an early-stage, hands-on role where you will have significant ownership in shaping the nutrition philosophy, product and operating model.If you are excited about combining nutrition + food + technology to solve a real problem for families, we’d love to hear from you.To apply: share your CV with contact details at ankit@leanonn.co
