After 3 years of R&D and $15M raised, our app is live in NYC and already creating meaningful connections 🥰Now we're bringing those connections into the real world — one curated event every week — and we need a sharp, organized, execution-focused Event Coordinator to run them on the ground.About the roleThis is not a planning-from-a-distance role. This is in-person, boots-on-the-ground, one event every week.You'll be our local operator in NYC. Each week we'll hand you a brief — and the format will change. One week it's an intimate 10-person curated dinner, the next it's a 300-person mixer, a Love Lab lecture, or a brand-new concept we're testing for the first time. We own ticketing, marketing, and guest communications. You own everything on the ground — and "everything" flexes with the brief. Sometimes that's venue, bar, and night-of flow.
