Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, explaining complex physics concepts in a clear and accessible manner, and supporting learners with problem-solving and exam preparation. The tutor will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practice exams, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to individual needs. Additional tasks include maintaining organized lesson plans, collaborating with coordinators or other educators as needed, and ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic achievement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in Physics, with the ability to teach O Level and A Level content effectively.Candidates should possess solid Mathematics skills to support physics problem-solving and quantitative reasoning.Candidates should possess clear Communication and Presentation Skills to explain concepts, engage learners, and manage classroom interactions.Candidates should possess familiarity with Online Tutoring tools and methods, even for an on-site role, to supplement learning and provide additional support when needed.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline; teaching certification or formal tutoring experience with O/A Level curricula is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work with diverse learners, manage time effectively, and maintain professional conduct aligned with the organization’s social welfare mission.Proficiency in English instruction; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are beneficial for supporting local learners.
