Clinicians at Advanced Women’s Care work in a collaborative environment that values respect, communication, and high-quality outcomes.Role Description This full-time, on-site OB/Gyn Physician role is based in Goodyear, AZ and focuses on delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing patient consultations, conducting routine exams, managing prenatal and postpartum care, and providing contraception and family planning services. The physician will perform gynecologic surgeries and obstetric procedures as appropriate, including inpatient and outpatient care. The role includes interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, coordinating care with other specialists, and documenting in the medical record in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The OB/Gyn Physician will participate in quality improvement activities, support patient education, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment.QualificationsStrong clinical foundation in Medicine with a focus on women’s health and evidence-based practice.Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and complex outpatient and inpatient care.Competence in Gynecologic Surgery and general Surgery relevant to OB/Gyn practice.Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited OB/Gyn residency program.Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Arizona and active DEA registration.Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a commitment to gender-neutral, inclusive, and non-discriminatory patient care.Ability to manage a diverse patient population, prioritize clinical tasks, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records.Prior experience in gynecologic oncology, high-risk obstetrics, or minimally invasive surgery is beneficial but not required.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with productivity bonus opportunities Potential earning opportunity exceeding $500,000 annually Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and CME allowance Professional liability insurance coverage Paid licensing, credentialing, and professional membership support
