Tailor my CV for this job — freeWe are looking for a highly qualified professional to lead our IVF clinical operations, drive clinical excellence, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert care in Obstetrics amp; Gynaecology, infertility management, IVF procedures, and reproductive health.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor IVF doctors, embryologists, and clinical staff.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, laboratory quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor IVF success rates, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Lead clinical audits, case reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, and administrative teams to optimize patient outcomes.🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
- MBBS / MD or equivalent medical qualification.
- Recognized specialization in Obstetrics amp; Gynaecology.
- Fellowship or formal training in Reproductive Medicine / IVF.
- Proven experience in IVF, fertility management, and complex reproductive cases.
- Minimum 5–7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of IVF laboratory operations, embryology protocols, quality management, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies such as ISAR, ESHRE, or FIGO will be an advantage.
