Its mission is to serve as a top-tier talent advisory, helping companies build capable and future-ready teams.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Obstetrician & Gynecologist role is based in Kuwait, supporting a healthcare facility with comprehensive women’s health services. The professional in this role will provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, and perform gynecologic assessments and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and performing obstetric and gynecologic surgeries as clinically indicated. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and participating in patient education and counseling. Continuous professional development and contribution to quality improvement initiatives are expected.Physician should possess strong core medical knowledge and clinical skills in Medicine and Gynecology.Physician should possess specialized expertise in Obstetrics, including management of normal and high-risk pregnancies.Physician should possess proficient skills in Surgery with focused experience in Gynecologic Surgery.Physician should ideally hold relevant medical board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a valid license or eligibility to practice in Kuwait.Physician should possess strong diagnostic, decision-making, and patient communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Physician should demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, continuous learning, and cultural sensitivity in patient care.
