Apply & track with Apply EdgeSwedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join the First Hill/Ballard OB-GYN and Midwifery practice in Seattle, Washington.This is a highly collaborative, full-scope practice serving a diverse patient population at First Hill and Ballard locations with strong connections to midwifery, maternal-fetal medicine, OB-GYN Hospitalists, other OB-YN subspecialties and the Swedish OB-GYN Residency Program. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional patient-centered care while helping teach and support residents in a dynamic academic-community environment.Full-time position based in the First Hill/Ballard OB-GYN and Midwifery practiceMust have completed an accredited OB-GYN residency program before startFull-time, full-scope OB-GYN opportunity with a mix of obstetrics, gynecology, procedures, surgery, and longitudinal outpatient care.Sign-on bonus eligible positionExperience is preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical judgment and interest in teaching are welcome to applyCollaborative practice model with OB-GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, and residentsTeaching-focused environment with opportunities to work with Swedish OB-GYN residents in clinic, inpatient consultation, labor and delivery, and surgical careOpportunities for more formal residency faculty engagementShared call and inpatient support model designed to promote safe patient care, team communication, and sustainable physician practiceComprehensive and multidisciplinary team with access to high-risk obstetric consultation, specialty gynecology referral, and robust hospital-based servicesCompensation is between $375,745 and $487,670 per yearComprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, and malpractice coverageAs a non-profit organization, Swedish is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
