Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

Job Purpose:Implement workplace health and safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and lead awareness initiatives to maintain a fully compliant and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspection: Conduct routine workplace walk-throughs and site inspections to identify potential hazards.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain safety logs, track incident data, and prepare initial technical report drafts.PPE Management: Manage the inventory, distribution, and proper usage tracking of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Training & Orientation: Coordinate safety orientation sessions and distribute safety awareness materials to new hires.Field Compliance: Monitor day-to-day compliance of staff and contractors with company safety guidelines.Requirement: Occupational Health and Safety Certification
