Operating under the slogan “We reach you… to care for your health,” the team is committed to delivering reliable, patient-centered care.Role Description The Occupational Health Physician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah. This position involves assessing and monitoring the health of employees, conducting pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, and evaluating fitness for work. The role includes identifying workplace health risks, advising on preventive measures, and collaborating with management to implement occupational health policies and programs. The physician will provide clinical care for work-related conditions, coordinate referrals when necessary, and maintain accurate medical records in line with regulatory and organizational standards. Responsibilities also include educating employees on health promotion, participating in training sessions, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and healthy work environments.Qualifications Strong expertise in Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, with the ability to apply best practices in workplace health management.Solid clinical background in Medicine, including experience in managing common work-related health issues and performing medical assessments.Experience in Training and health education, with the capability to deliver sessions on occupational health, safety, and wellness.Proven ability in Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive employee care.Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) with formal training or certification in occupational health or occupational medicine.Valid license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one, with good standing in professional regulatory bodies.Knowledge of local occupational health regulations, workplace safety standards, and documentation requirements.Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements efficiently.
