Guided by the slogan “We reach you… to care for your health,” Farabi Med aims to offer responsive, accessible, and competitively priced care close to patients and their families.Role Description The Occupational Health Physician will provide clinical care and occupational health services to employees and patients, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in alignment with relevant regulations and best practices. This full-time, on-site role in Jiddah includes conducting occupational health assessments, pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, and fitness-for-work evaluations. The physician will diagnose and manage work-related injuries and illnesses, advise on workplace risk reduction, and collaborate with management to develop health surveillance and wellness programs. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate medical records, preparing reports, educating staff on occupational health topics, and coordinating with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, with the ability to apply these disciplines in diverse workplace settings.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.Candidates should possess skills in Training, with experience delivering education on health, safety, and preventive care to staff and management.Candidates should possess experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient and employee care.Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid license to practice as a physician; specialization or certification in occupational medicine is preferred.Knowledge of occupational health regulations, workplace safety standards, and evidence-based preventive health practices.Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Ability to work on-site in Jiddah, manage multiple cases, and make sound clinical decisions under time constraints.
