This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base, supporting employees and organisations through occupational health assessments, health surveillance programmes, and expert medical advice.Key Responsibilities✅ Conduct fitness-for-work assessments and occupational health consultations✅ Provide return-to-work guidance and recommendations on workplace accommodations✅ Prepare clear, evidence-based medical reports✅ Support health surveillance and vaccination programmes✅ Advise employers and multidisciplinary teams on occupational health matters✅ Promote employee health, wellbeing, and workplace safetyRequirements✔ Active IMC (Irish Medical Council) registration✔ Medical degree and LFOM/MFOM qualification✔ Experience in occupational health, fitness-for-work assessments, and medical report writing✔ Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamDesirable⭐ Qualification, membership, or specialist training in Occupational Medicine⭐ Experience in health surveillance programmes⭐ Experience in workplace vaccination services⭐ Knowledge of workplace wellness and employee wellbeing initiatives📍 Dublin📩 Interested in finding out more?
