HQHC also specializes in processing new DHA licenses, renewals, cancellations, and transfers, as well as setting up new healthcare facilities aligned with Dubai Healthcare rules and regulations (DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC).Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide client-centered therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, focusing on improving functional independence in daily living, work, and social activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves documenting clinical assessments and progress, educating clients and families on therapy goals and home programs, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to service quality improvement, adhere to local regulatory standards, and participate in professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.Foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to occupational therapy practice, including understanding of common medical conditions and their functional impact.Experience working with Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention for children with developmental, physical, or learning challenges.Strong Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating clients and families, and documenting clinical information clearly.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.Eligibility for professional licensure in Dubai (DHA or relevant authority); prior UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage caseloads effectively, and maintain high standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and cultural sensitivity in a diverse client population.
