Company Description Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The centre provides specialized services including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. The team is committed to exceptional therapy quality, active parent involvement, and maintaining a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children with special needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Dammam at Orange Child Development Centre. The Occupational Therapist will assess children with developmental, neurological, and learning challenges, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional independence and participation in daily activities. Responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, implementing sensory integration and fine motor therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care. The role involves educating and coaching parents and caregivers, documenting clinical progress, contributing to individualized education programs, and participating in case reviews and service improvement initiatives. The Occupational Therapist is expected to maintain professional standards of practice, adhere to ethical guidelines, and engage in ongoing professional development.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for pediatric populations.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to understand developmental conditions, comorbidities, and holistic child health needs.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners, and for documenting care clearly and accurately.Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution, with current licensure or eligibility for licensure as per local regulatory requirements.Experience working in pediatric settings, especially with children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities, is highly beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity, and maintain a child-centered, family-focused approach.Proficiency in maintaining clinical records, following evidence-based practices, and participating in quality improvement and continuing education activities.
