The team is dedicated to holistic support, creating a safe and engaging space for learning and growth.Role Description The Occupational Therapist will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric clients in an on-site setting in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time role includes assessing children’s functional abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress across areas such as sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, and school readiness. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with speech therapists, other rehabilitation professionals, and families to set goals, provide caregiver training, and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, preparing therapy materials, participating in team meetings, and supporting early intervention programs. The role also involves contributing to a child-centered, supportive environment and upholding clinical and ethical standards of practice.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with a focus on evidence-based pediatric practice.Foundational knowledge of Medicine and related healthcare principles relevant to child development and therapy.Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Experience or training in Pediatrics, including early intervention and developmental disorders.Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and eligibility for licensing/registration in the United Arab Emirates.Previous clinical experience in pediatric settings, such as schools, clinics, or rehabilitation centers, is highly beneficial.Ability to create engaging therapy activities, adapt interventions to diverse needs, and manage a caseload effectively.Commitment to continuous professional development, cultural sensitivity, and working collaboratively in a family-centered care model.
