Company Description LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center providing rehabilitation, guidance, and consulting services for children and adults facing challenges in communication, language, and behavior. Established in 2011 in Saudi Arabia by speech and hearing rehabilitation specialist Rana Mirza and co-founder Ratiba Sernivan, the center partners with international experts to offer high-quality, evidence-based programs. LLSC is the first center in the Kingdom to implement a “Journey Sharing” program with families, ensuring active family involvement in the therapeutic process. Services include speech and language therapy, stuttering management, voice disorder treatment, auditory-verbal therapy, learning difficulty support, behavior modification, psychological counseling, and early skills development. The center provides a collaborative, client-centered environment that prioritizes holistic care and measurable progress.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based at LLSC in Jeddah. The Occupational Therapist will assess children and adults with communication, language, behavioral, and developmental challenges to identify functional needs and design individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions focused on improving fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, daily living skills, and school or work-related functioning. The role involves collaborating closely with speech therapists, psychologists, and other professionals, as well as engaging families in the “Journey Sharing” model to support carryover of skills at home and in the community. The Occupational Therapist will document progress, participate in case discussions, contribute to multidisciplinary assessments, and help refine programs that promote early skill development and long-term independence.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills and formal training in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge in Medicine and related health sciences to understand complex clinical presentations and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Candidates should have excellent Communication skills, including clear documentation, family education, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different disciplines.Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in Pediatrics, with the ability to tailor interventions to the developmental needs of children and adolescents.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent), professional licensure/registration in Saudi Arabia, and prior clinical experience in rehabilitation or pediatric settings are highly beneficial.Additional beneficial skills include cultural competence, fluency in Arabic and English, strong organizational abilities, openness to ongoing professional development, and experience working in multidisciplinary or family-centered practice environments.
