An experienced multidisciplinary team uses advanced techniques to help individuals improve their communication and functional abilities, supporting both clients and their families on their therapeutic journey.Role Description The Occupational Therapist will work on-site at Bedaya Center in Riyadh in a full-time capacity, providing assessment, intervention, and follow-up services to children and adults with functional, sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic activities, and documenting progress in line with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with speech therapists, physicians, educators, and families to ensure integrated care and to support clients’ participation in daily routines, school, and community settings. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to parent and caregiver education, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and support continuous quality improvement and best-practice implementation within the center.Qualifications Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans.Knowledge of Medicine and health-related concepts to collaborate effectively with medical professionals and understand clients’ clinical conditions.Proficient Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams and for providing clear education and counseling.Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children with developmental, sensory, or learning challenges.Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.Experience in clinical or center-based settings, preferably in rehabilitation, developmental, or pediatric services.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with basic proficiency in digital record-keeping and clinical software.
