Goal Getters Therapy Center is a pediatric therapy facility dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and children with diverse abilities. The center provides individualized, evidence-informed interventions designed to help each child reach meaningful developmental, functional, and social goals. Services are delivered in a supportive, family-centered environment that values collaboration with caregivers and other professionals. Goal Getters Therapy Center emphasizes inclusion, respect, and empowerment, creating a safe space where children can build skills and confidence in their daily lives.Role Description: The occupational therapist will assess, plan treatment, and provide intervention for pediatric clients, focusing on functional skills such as self-care, motor skills, sensory regulation, play, and participation in school and community activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and observational evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group sessions, and documenting progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop practical home and school programs, and to educate caregivers on strategies to support progress outside the clinic. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Goal Getters Therapy Center in Baguio City.QualificationsStrong foundation in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, including assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.Relevant knowledge of pediatrics and medicine as they relate to child development, neurodivergence, and diverse abilities.Effective communication skills for working with children, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and valid professional licensure/registration in accordance with local regulations.Experience or training in pediatric settings, neurodivergent populations, or children with different abilities is highly beneficial.Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, manage caseloads, and maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation.Collaborative mindset, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, family-centered care.Willingness to participate in continuing education, supervision, and team meetings to support best practices and service quality.
