Ocean Export Coordinator I’m recruiting for a leading global logistics business looking for an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their team in Grand Prairie, Texas The roleManage day-to-day ocean export operations and documentationCoordinate bookings with carriers, co-loaders, shippers and overseas officesPrepare and review shipping documentation for accuracyTrack cargo and confirm vessel/transshipment milestonesCoordinate billing, invoicing and file completionLiaise with customers, vendors and internal teamsResolve shipment issues, shortages and delaysWhat they’re looking for2+ years of ocean freight forwarding/export operations experienceStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent customer and vendor communicationAbility to manage deadlines and multiple shipmentsGood knowledge of ocean export documentation and processesCollege/AA degree preferred
