As Capability Partner, you will help strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership and workforce readiness across the business. Working closely with leaders, you will translate business priorities into practical development and organisational solutions that improve performance, support future growth and reinforce the expertise our clients value most.This role takes a broad view of development, recognising that people grow through meaningful work, coaching, knowledge sharing, leadership and experience as much as through formal learning. Working from an established blueprint, you will build and evolve a Lockton Academy, creating a distinctive development experience that reflects our culture, supports our people and helps learning translate into lasting performance improvement. This role will be strategic and operational in nature, helping to shape the OD strategy whilst also delivering practical, on the ground initiatives.Your ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders across the business to understand the challenges, bringing curiosity, experienced judgement and a consulting mindset to uncover root causes, identify opportunities and improve organisational performance.Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate growth, change and complexity while translating business priorities into practical actions that strengthen leadership, workforce readiness and organisational effectiveness.Help preserve the culture, relationships and ways of working that make Lockton special, while ensuring the organisation continues to evolve, adapt and succeed.Drive sustainable behaviour change and performance improvement through approaches that help people apply what they learn, build confidence, reinforce new habits and achieve lasting results.Design and deliver development strategies that support business growth, future skills and professional excellence, bringing the Lockton Academy to life as a destination for learning, growth and expertise that business.Collaborate across the global Lockton network to share expertise, strengthen One Lockton and bring the best of our collective knowledge into the region.What You'll BringAt least 8 years' experience in Organisation Development, Organisation Effectiveness, Capability, Learning, Talent or related strategic people disciplines.A strong consulting mindset, with significant experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to diagnose challenges, influence decision-making and drive meaningful organisational outcomes.Demonstrated success designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership, performance, culture or workforce readiness.A track record of building, launching or transforming significant development, learning or capability initiatives from concept through to implementation, ideally including academies, centres of excellence or enterprise-wide development solutions.Proven ability to create development approaches that translate learning into sustained behaviour change, performance improvement and measurable business outcomes.Expertise in designing, implementing or evolving digital learning, knowledge-sharing or capability solutions, including learning platforms, collaboration technologies or AI-enabled tools.Exceptional facilitation, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels and create environments where people think differently, learn together and take action.Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to recognise patterns, connect ideas and address challenges beyond their immediate symptoms.Experience working within complex, commercially focused organisations and balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.High levels of emotional intelligence, credibility and professional judgement, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and navigate ambiguity.Experience within professional
