About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Organization Development & Talent Management Manager for one of our clients, a well-established industrial organization based in 6th of October City.This is a key transformation role for an HR professional who can go beyond managing HR processes and actively contribute to reshaping organizational culture, strengthening leadership practices, improving employee engagement, and building a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational culture assessment and transformation initiatives, identifying key cultural gaps and translating them into practical improvement plans.Drive employee engagement and employee experience initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, action plans, and follow-up mechanisms.Partner with leadership to strengthen management practices, accountability, communication, collaboration, and desired workplace behaviors.Lead organization design, restructuring, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.Review organizational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and role accountabilities.Manage job architecture, job descriptions, career paths, and role standardization.Lead the Performance Management cycle, including objective setting, KPIs, performance reviews, and calibration.Manage talent reviews, High-Potential identification, succession planning, and 9-Box assessments.Develop and maintain competency frameworks and assessment methodologies.Lead career development, Individual Development Plans, and Learning & Development initiatives.Develop OD & Talent Management dashboards and provide management with actionable people and organizational insights.Measure the impact of OD, engagement, and culture initiatives and ensure sustainable improvement.Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Organization Development and Talent Management.Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/managerial OD or Talent Management role.Previous experience within industrial/manufacturing organizations is required.Proven experience in culture transformation, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.Strong experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Competency Frameworks, and Learning & Development.If you have the right expertise and are looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!Apply or send your CV to: Career.HRG@highreturngroup.com
