Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the roleOur client, a leading industry pioneer, is seeking an experienced OD Analytics & Change Advisor with expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce insights, change management, and strategic project delivery to join the team.This position serves as a strategic advisor, partnering with business leaders and People teams to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce insights, and transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for leveraging people data and analytics to support decision-making, facilitating organization development and change initiatives, and leading projects that enhance organizational performance, employee experience, and business outcomes.As a trusted partner, this individual will work across functions to strengthen organizational capabilities, improve workforce planning, and deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business and people priorities.Summary of the role and key responsibilitiesAs an OD Analytics & Change Advisor, you will:Partner with business leaders and People teams to provide strategic advice on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and change management.Use people analytics and workforce data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.Design, implement, and evaluate organization development initiatives, including employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, team effectiveness, and culture transformation programs.Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of outcomes.Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor key people metrics and organizational health indicators.Facilitate organizational change initiatives by assessing people impacts, supporting change readiness, and implementing change management strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to align people initiatives with business objectives and organizational priorities.Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen data-driven decision-making practices.Monitor project milestones, evaluate outcomes, and recommend continuous improvement actions to support sustainable results.Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.Key skills requiredThe ideal candidate should possess:Experience operating in an Organization Development, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Consulting, or Project Management capacity within a complex and matrixed environment.Strong ability to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, restructuring, or business improvement initiatives.Sound knowledge of organization development principles, talent practices, employee engagement, workforce planning, and change management methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing and interpreting data from multiple sources.Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.Excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and execution.Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to organize workloads, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.High levels of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and functions.Excellent interpersonal skills.
