Senior Odoo Functional Consultant | Remote, US or Canada | $115,000 to $150,000R2 Global is hiring on behalf of an Odoo Gold Partner, recently nominated for Odoo Partner of the Year in North America.This is a senior hire. The team is winning larger clients and bigger projects, and they need someone who can take full ownership of implementations rather than wait to be pointed at a task.Most Odoo partners grew out of development. This one did not. It was founded by people who ran their own business on Odoo first, and the consulting team is built from operators and management consultants who understand how a business actually runs before they touch the software. If you have spent your career being handed a spec, this will feel different. You will be the one shaping it.What you will doLead implementations end to end: discovery, design, build, testing, go liveRun discovery workshops and translate what the business needs into an Odoo solutionDesign around standard functionality and customise only where it earns its placeOwn timelines, resourcing and the delivery teamAct as the main advisor to the client, including at executive levelHandle cutover planning, data validation and post-go-live supportWhat you need4+ years leading ERP implementations or business transformation programmes, ideally OdooA real operational background in manufacturing, distribution, retail or similarExperience on the client side of an ERP project, not just the vendor sideFunctional strength across finance, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing and supply chainConfidence managing senior stakeholders and integrations, data migration and mixed delivery teamsHelpful, not essentialOdoo implementation experienceCPA, MBA or an engineering or operations backgroundOdoo Functional CertificationMulti-company or international rolloutsWhy this oneFully remote across the US or Canada.
