Apply & track with Apply Edgeعن أملاك:أملاك شركة رائدة في مجال التطوير والتسويق العقاري، تسعى لتقديم حلول عقارية مبتكرة وبناء مجتمعات متكاملة ترتكز على الجودة والقيمة المضافة.الوصف الوظيفي:نبحث عن مستشار Odoo تقني ووظيفي يمتلك خبرة قوية في تحليل احتياجات الأعمال، تهيئة وتطوير نظام Odoo، وبناء الحلول والتخصيصات التقنية التي تدعم العمليات التشغيلية للشركة. يتطلب الدور القدرة على إدارة دورة العمل من جمع المتطلبات وتحليلها، مرورًا بالتهيئة والبرمجة والاختبار، وحتى الإطلاق ودعم المستخدمين.المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحليل العمليات والإجراءات وفهم متطلبات الإدارات المختلفة.
- تحويل متطلبات الأعمال إلى حلول وظيفية وتقنية داخل نظام Odoo.
- إعداد وتهيئة وحدات Odoo وتطويرها بما يتناسب مع احتياجات الشركة.
- تطوير وتخصيص Modules وWorkflows وReports داخل Odoo.
- برمجة الحلول والتعديلات باستخدام Python وXML وJavaScript والتقنيات المرتبطة بـ Odoo.
- تطوير وإدارة التكاملات بين Odoo والأنظمة الخارجية عبر APIs.
- إدارة المستخدمين والصلاحيات ومسارات الاعتماد وسير العمل.
- تحليل ومعالجة المشكلات التقنية والوظيفية وتحسين أداء النظام.
- تنفيذ الاختبارات الفنية والوظيفية ودعم اختبارات قبول المستخدم UAT.
- تنفيذ عمليات التحديث والترقية ومتابعة توافق التخصيصات مع إصدارات Odoo.
- تدريب المستخدمين وإعداد الأدلة والتوثيق الفني والوظيفي.
- تقديم توصيات مستمرة لأتمتة العمليات وتحسين كفاءة استخدام النظام.المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في تنفيذ وتطوير نظام Odoo.
- خبرة قوية في الجانب الوظيفي والتقني لنظام Odoo.
- خبرة عملية في Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL وتطوير Odoo Modules.
- خبرة في عدد من وحدات Odoo مثل Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Projects, HR.
- خبرة في تطوير التقارير، الصلاحيات، مسارات الاعتماد، وأتمتة الإجراءات.
- خبرة في API Integration وربط Odoo بالأنظمة الخارجية.
- فهم جيد لبنية Odoo ودورة تطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة ERP.
- القدرة على تحليل المتطلبات وتحويلها إلى حلول تقنية قابلة للتنفيذ.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Technical & Functional Consultant with strong expertise in business process analysis, Odoo configuration, customization, and development. The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions and manage the full cycle from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements from different departments.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within Odoo.
- Configure, customize, and develop Odoo modules based on business needs.
- Develop custom modules, workflows, reports, and system enhancements.
- Develop Odoo solutions using Python, XML, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems through APIs.
- Manage users, access rights, approval workflows, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct functional and technical testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support Odoo upgrades and ensure customizations remain compatible with new versions.
- Provide user training and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement.Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and development.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Hands-on experience with Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and Odoo module development.
- Experience with modules such as Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Projects, and HR.
- Experience in workflow automation, reports, access rights, and approval configurations.
- Strong experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Good understanding of Odoo architecture and the full ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
