Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and build reliable, scalable, and high-quality ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Odoo development, customization, and integration, along with a good understanding of business processes. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.Position: Odoo DeveloperExperience: 1.5 to 2 YearsSalary: Don’t worry about it, if you have right skills.Responsibilities and Duties:Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.Develop new features and enhance existing Odoo applications.Customize standard Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Accounting, and other business applications.Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs, XML-RPC, and other integration methods.Create and maintain custom reports, workflows, dashboards, and automated processes.Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code following best practices.Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.Work closely with functional consultants to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.Participate in Odoo version upgrades, database migration, and deployment activities.Maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, technologies, and development standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.Strong expertise in Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQL.Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and extending existing modules.Good understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations.Knowledge of Linux environments, Git, and version control practices.Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.Good understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in Odoo version migration and database upgrades.Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, or cloud-based deployments.Experience with Odoo.sh or other deployment platforms.Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated deployment processes.Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.Knowledge of performance optimization and database tuning.Experience working on large-scale ERP implementation projects.Key Competencies:Strong technical and analytical thinking.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to deliver high-quality work within project timelines.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding standards.Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Team player with a proactive and continuous learning mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
