Established in 1966, the company specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of plumbing, sanitary, and building products.The company offers products including PVC, UPVC, CPVC, and PPR pipes and fittings, faucets, valves, mixers, bathroom accessories, and gas fittings and equipment, serving customers across the Saudi market.Role Description The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules to support business processes at Canal Regional Company. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Odoo applications, writing clean and efficient code, integrating Odoo with external systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves collaborating with functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and optimizing existing workflows for better performance and usability. The Odoo Developer will also contribute to testing, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements to ensure stability and scalability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, preferably with Odoo or similar ERP platforms.Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in languages commonly used with Odoo (such as Python).Knowledge of database design and SQL, and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and robust solutions.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and standard development workflows.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience with ERP implementations, especially Odoo, and knowledge of business processes (finance, inventory, HR, etc.) is an advantage.
