You will combine technical leadership with operational oversight, helping ensure that business systems support day-to-day needs while enabling future growth and improvement across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the whole IT department and IT projectsLead cross-functional technology projects and oversee project coordination across business and IT teamsDesign ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needsTroubleshoot ERP and business application issues to support reliable operationsManage IT teams and external vendors while maintaining effective communication with business stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems5+ years of experience in Odoo development and technical leadershipStrong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL, with expertise in Odoo module customizationExperience managing cross-functional technology projects, including project coordination and deliveryAbility to design ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needsExperience troubleshooting ERP or business application issuesExperience managing IT teams and external vendors, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholdersCurrently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh, and available to attend interviews in RiyadhAvailable to start within 30 days of signing the offer letterBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
