Odoo Functional Consultant

At Farida, we are transforming real estate ownership through technology and building scalable systems across multiple business units. We are looking for an Odoo Implementer (Functional Consultant) to bridge business requirements and technology, helping our teams design, configure, and optimize Odoo solutions.You will work closely with different business units to analyze processes, map requirements to Odoo, configure modules, identify gaps, and collaborate with our development team on custom solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis: Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.System Configuration: Configure and optimize Odoo modules and workflows based on business needs.Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in standard Odoo functionality and work with developers on custom solutions.Data Migration: Manage and validate the migration of business data into Odoo.Testing & QA: Perform functional testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.Training & Support: Train users and provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live.Requirements1–3 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience.Strong understanding of business processes, particularly accounting, finance, sales, inventory, or operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.Experience working with Odoo developers and customizations is a plus.
