Odoo Functional Consultant

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team on a remote basis and support Odoo implementation and functional projects across the GCC region.The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into effective Odoo functional solutions, supporting project implementation, and working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.This is a functional role, and coding or software development experience is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand clients’ business processes and functional requirements.Gather, document, and translate business requirements into Odoo functional solutions.Support Odoo implementation projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure Odoo modules based on client requirements and business processes.Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Provide functional guidance and support to clients throughout project implementation.Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides where required.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.Identify functional issues, investigate root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.Support users with Odoo-related functional queries and provide training when required.Participate in project meetings, progress discussions, and client follow-ups.Support multiple projects and clients across the GCC region.RequirementsProven experience working as an Odoo Functional Consultant.Odoo certification is mandatory.Valid certification in Odoo 18, or Odoo 19 is mandatory.Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and business processes.Previous experience in Odoo implementation and/or consulting projects.Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work effectively with clients across the GCC region.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.No coding or developer experience is required.Working ConditionsWork Model: Fully RemoteRegion Supported: GCCWorking Hours: FlexibleThe consultant will be expected to provide support and attend meetings with clients across the GCC region as required.
