Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Summary:SOL for Business Solutions is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant who can sit between the business and the system: map how a process actually works, then configure Odoo to match it. The core of this role is establishing end-to-end process mapping across all company departments and applying it in Odoo — not as a side task, but as the main deliverable.Key Responsibilities:• Establish end-to-end process mapping across all company departments, then apply it in Odoo — this is the core of the role, not a side task.• Translate mapped processes into Odoo configurations, and configure modules end to end.• Test before go-live, and keep the process documentation current as things change.• Run requirement sessions with departments and clients if needed, and document decisions.• Support data migration, user training, and post-go-live fixes.• Flag what needs custom development vs. what standard Odoo already solves.Qualifications & Experience:• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience.• Experience working in Saudi Arabia.• Proven process-mapping work — you have built process maps for a whole organization, not just one department.Requirements:• Strong grasp of core business processes: sales, procurement, inventory, finance, and HR.• Business common sense — you question a requirement before you build it.• Comfortable working in both Arabic and English.Skills:• Hands-on Odoo configuration skills across multiple modules (end to end).• Process mapping and documentation skills at the organization-wide level.• Requirement gathering, facilitation, and decision documentation.• Testing, data migration, and user training capabilities.• Sound judgment on standard-vs-custom solutions within Odoo.• Clear communication with both business users and technical teams.
