Experience: 5–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Pondicherry / On-siteJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, business process analysis, and client management. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into Odoo solutions, configuring modules, and supporting successful Odoo implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.Conduct requirement discussions, business process analysis, and gap analysis.Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.Work closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and process documentation.Manage complete Odoo implementation life cycles from requirement gathering to go-live.Configure modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, Project, and Website.Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.Identify process improvements and recommend suitable Odoo solutions.Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely delivery.Maintain proper project documentation and implementation reports.
