Odoo Functional Consultant (Minimum 3 Years Experience)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify requirements and pain points, and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Odoo functional implementation, requirements gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and client communication.Key Responsibilities·       Analyse and understand clients' business processes, requirements, and pain points.·       Conduct client meetings and workshops to gather, analyse, and document requirements.·       Map As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.·       Translate business requirements into appropriate Odoo functional solutions.·       Perform gap analysis between standard Odoo functionality and client requirements.·       Recommend suitable configurations, workflows, workarounds, or customizations while minimizing unnecessary development.·       Configure and validate Odoo modules based on approved business requirements.·       Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, user guides, and process manuals.·       Coordinate with developers on customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows.·       Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and clients to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.·       Support functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.·       Conduct client training and support users during and after implementation.·       Participate in pre-sales activities, solution discussions, demonstrations, and requirement assessments when required.·       Travel to client sites in Dubai and other locations when required for workshops, implementation, training, or support.
