The Odoo Functional Consultant will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo configurations and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional analysis, designing and documenting solutions, configuring Odoo modules, performing functional testing, and supporting user training and onboarding. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations, troubleshooting functional issues, and providing ongoing consulting support to optimize ERP usage. The consultant is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, identify gaps, and design effective Odoo-based solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.Solid understanding of business processes across domains such as sales, inventory, HR, and operations.Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.Knowledge of finance and basic accounting concepts to support ERP implementations involving financial modules.Experience working with Odoo or other ERP systems is highly beneficial.Ability to create clear documentation, user guides, and training materials.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Willingness to work on-site in Faridabad and engage directly with clients as needed.
