The successful candidate will take full ownership of a portfolio of client implementations, typically two to three concurrent projects, from initial discovery through to go-live and handover.This is a client-facing role requiring regular presence at client sites across the United Arab Emirates. Consultants work within an established delivery methodology, supported by senior colleagues who review functional documentation prior to client submission.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct structured discovery workshops with client stakeholders across all relevant departmentsAnalyse and map client business processes against standard Odoo functionality, identifying where configuration is sufficient and where customization is warrantedPrepare Business Requirement Documents and secure formal client approval prior to buildConfigure Odoo modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM and Human Resources in line with approved requirementsPrepare and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios, validating each milestone internally before client demonstrationObtain formal written sign-off at each project milestoneManage data cleansing, migration and reconciliation activities in coordination with client teamsDeliver end-user training and support clients through cutover and go-liveMaintain accurate and current project plans, and provide weekly progress reporting across all assigned projectsIdentify requirements falling outside approved scope and raise formal change requestsPrepare detailed functional specifications for the development team where custom development is requiredProvide post-implementation support during the hypercare periodQualificationsMinimum two years of experience implementing Odoo, or a comparable ERP platform with demonstrable Odoo exposureStrong working knowledge of finance and accounting processesProven ability to produce clear functional documentation, including requirement specifications, meeting minutes and user manualsConfident communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing client expectationsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independentlyFluency in Arabic and English, both written and spokenBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related disciplineCurrently residing in the United Arab Emirates, or willing to relocateWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsFlexible working environmentExposure to international clients and projectsClear growth path and learning opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team culture
