The work environment emphasizes continuous learning, professional growth, and high-quality service delivery.Role Description The Odoo Functional Consultant will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Odoo configurations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting functional requirements, designing workflows, and configuring Odoo modules to support finance, sales, inventory, HR, and other business areas. The role involves conducting user trainings, preparing functional documentation, performing system testing, and coordinating with technical teams to manage customizations and integrations. The consultant will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot functional issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of ERP implementations. This position requires close interaction with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of Odoo across client organizations.Qualifications Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, inventory, HR, and operations, with the ability to map them to Odoo modules.Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Odoo ERP (multiple modules preferred), including workflow design and functional testing.Skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication to translate business needs into system solutions.Ability to work closely with technical teams on customization, integration, and data migration, including basic familiarity with databases and APIs.Capability to deliver user training, create user manuals, and provide functional support and troubleshooting in a client-facing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Prior experience as an ERP or Odoo Functional Consultant is highly beneficial; experience with other ERP platforms is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Jaipur in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
