Odoo Functional LeadExperience: 7+ yearsRole: Full-Time | RemoteAbout the RoleGalaxy Weblinks is looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Lead with strong expertise in Odoo implementation, business process analysis, configuration, and client management. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading functional implementations, and will directly manage and lead a team of functional consultants — owning their day-to-day work allocation, performance, and growth. Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo Functional Consulting· Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation and configuration projects.· Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo functionality.· Conduct GAP Analysis, process mapping, UAT, and solution discussions.· Configure Odoo modules based on business requirements.· Prepare functional documentation, specifications, and process flows.Implementation & Stakeholder Management· Lead, manage, and grow a team of Odoo functional consultants.· Mentor and coach team members on functional skills, client handling, and career development.· Work closely with technical teams on customizations and integrations.· Coordinate UAT, user training, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.· Manage client communication and provide functional guidance.· Identify process improvements and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions.· Mentor and guide functional consultants.Required Skills & Experience· 7+ years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting/Implementation.· Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of functional consultants, with strong people management skills.· Strong experience in Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), CRM, and HRMS.· Strong knowledge of GAP Analysis, business process mapping, and Odoo configuration.· Experience handling end-to-end Odoo implementations.· Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.· Odoo Certification and Enterprise implementation experience is a plus.
