Odoo Implementer

ConSys is hiring an Odoo Implementer to join our team in Alexandria.This is a full-time, on-site functional implementation role working exclusively with Odoo Enterprise. You will work on real ERP implementation projects across different industries, including large-scale implementations supporting 200+ MENA enterprise users.Responsibilities- Gather and analyze client business requirements.- Understand business processes and translate them into effective Odoo workflows.- Configure Odoo Enterprise modules according to project requirements.- Participate in the full implementation cycle from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, UAT, training, and go-live.- Support data preparation, validation, and migration.- Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Train end users on implemented Odoo modules and business processes.- Prepare functional documentation and user guides when required.- Identify functional gaps and coordinate requirements with the development team when customization is needed.- Support users during implementation and post-go-live.- Follow up on assigned project tasks and ensure accurate, timely delivery.Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience.- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo and its business workflows.- Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, Odoo configuration, testing, UAT, user training, and implementation support.- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.- Accounting knowledge or accounting-related implementation experience is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and client-facing skills.- Good planning, organization, and attention to detail.- Ability to manage responsibilities across different implementation projects.- Ability to work full-time on-site in Alexandria.This is a functional Odoo role, not an Odoo Developer position.
