Odoo Implementer

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Odoo Implementer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Odoo ERP system across various departments, ensuring a seamless and efficient digital workflow tailored to business needs.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective Odoo-based solutions.Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).Conduct system setup, installation, and deployment.Migrate existing data into Odoo from legacy systems.Collaborate with different departments to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.Provide training and support to end-users.Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions or workarounds.Work closely with developers for advanced customizations.Document technical specifications and user guides.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer or Functional Consultant.Strong understanding of Odoo modules and architecture.Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.Familiarity with basic Python and XML.Strong communication and project management skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Odoo certification is an advantage.Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, and APIs is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
