Odoo Junior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Junior Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will lead business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization. You will ensure robust Odoo solutions that support enterprise-level business growth and operational efficiency through successful full-lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Take part in requirement-gathering workshops and interviews with client stakeholders, document business needs clearly, and help identify gaps between those needs and standard Odoo functionality.Mapping & Optimization: Document current business processes, help design future workflows in Odoo, and suggest practical improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.Support senior consultants in preparing Business Blueprints (BBPs), functional specifications and gap analysis reports, and advise users on how to make the best use of standard Odoo features.Configure core Odoo modules, including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP) and CRM, by setting up master data, workflows, user access rights, approval rules and reports to match agreed requirements.Use Odoo Studio to create custom fields, views, reports and automated actions, and work with the technical team on code-level customizations by writing clear requirements and testing the results.Prepare data import templates, cleanse and validate master data (customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts) and opening balances, carry out data uploads, and reconcile migrated data with the legacy system.Assist with cutover planning and go-live activities, provide hypercare after go-live, resolve support tickets within agreed timelines, and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.Manage multiple tasks and support requests at the same time, prioritize work effectively, meet project deadlines, and keep task and ticket statuses up to date.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo, with a proven track record of completing at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.Deep operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, material requirements planning (MRP) and third party integrations.Official certification as an Odoo Functional, and basic technical familiarity with Odoo Eco system, preferred.Proficiency in understanding spoken Arabic is preferred.
