Further information about the company will be shared with shortlisted candidates at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.The Opportunity:We are looking for a hands-on Odoo professional to oversee the effective use of Odoo across the organization. The role will act as the internal owner of the platform: supporting users, maintaining process discipline, coordinating improvements, training teams, and ensuring that Odoo remains a reliable source of operational information.This position suits someone who combines strong Odoo functional knowledge with patience, structure, and the ability to turn business needs into practical system workflows.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee day-to-day Odoo operations and serve as the primary internal point of contact for system-related questions and issues.· Monitor how teams use Odoo, identify adoption gaps, and ensure agreed workflows and data-entry standards are followed consistently.· Train and onboard employees on relevant Odoo modules, processes, and good system practices; provide refresher sessions when needed.· Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, process notes, and training materials.· Manage users, roles, permissions, access requests, and basic system configuration in line with management approvals.· Support the setup and continuous improvement of workflows across functions such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, HR, and Manufacturing, as applicable.· Gather business requirements, map current processes, recommend practical improvements, and coordinate approved changes with internal stakeholders or external Odoo partners.· Troubleshoot functional issues, resolve straightforward problems, and escalate technical defects or development requirements with clear documentation.· Maintain data quality by monitoring incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated records and coordinating corrective action with process owners.· Develop useful dashboards, reports, and routine checks to give management clear visibility of system usage and operational performance.· Support testing, user acceptance, release communication, and change management for new modules, configurations, integrations, or upgrades.· Maintain an organized log of issues, enhancements, decisions, training delivered, and outstanding actions.Qualifications & Experience:· Mandatory: Current Odoo certification. Applications without a valid Odoo certification will not be considered.· Mandatory: Previous professional experience working in the UAE and familiarity with UAE business practices.· Mandatory: Currently residing in the UAE and available to work in Abu Dhabi.· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.· 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, implementing, or consulting on Odoo in a business environment.· Strong functional understanding of core Odoo workflows across several relevant modules, together with a good grasp of business processes, controls, master data, and reporting.· Demonstrated ability to manage Odoo operations independently, with only complex technical or development work escalated to external Odoo partners.· Demonstrated experience training users, documenting processes, improving adoption, and diagnosing configuration, process, data, integration, or development issues.· Strong written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.· Experience with Odoo Enterprise, Studio, integrations, or implementation projects is strongly preferred.Salary:AED 13,000–16,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on Odoo expertise, certification, UAE experience and module exposure.
