Odoo Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead system architecture, technical development, third-party integrations, and performance optimization. You will ensure robust Odoo solutions that support enterprise-level business growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo solutions, add-ons, forms, and technical enhancements using XML, JS (OWL), HTML, CSS, and Python.Database & Optimization: Optimize system performance, manage databases, and create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions using PostgreSQL.Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain PDF, Excel, and HTML for advanced reports and interactive dashboards.System Integration: Manage, design, and implement seamless integrations between third-party applications or external APIs.Implementation & Support: Support full-cycle Odoo implementations, upgrades, post-go-live enhancements, and system troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.Documentation & Governance: Provide technical guidance, deliver comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, and ensure best-practice standards for stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical experience with Odoo development and 3 full-cycle implementations.Strong expertise in XML, JS (OWL), HTML, CSS, Python, PostgreSQL, and deep knowledge of Odoo reporting, dashboards and API Integration.Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL; database performance tuning and management.Prior technical experience in manufacturing or industrial ERP environments.
